These terms summarize expected use of Store Sessions for ecommerce analytics, heatmaps, and DOM replay.
Use of service
Store Sessions may be used to analyze owned or authorized ecommerce storefronts. Customers are responsible for lawful installation, consent notices, and platform compliance.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Enterprise plans may include custom volume, retention, and support terms agreed separately.
Availability
The product is provided for analytics and debugging workflows. Store owners should not rely on replay data as the only record of customer orders, payments, or support history.
